Tasks

Support the management in organizational and communicative matters

Coordination of internal and external appointments and travel planning

Support for international customers – by telephone, in writing and in person

Preparation and processing of documents, presentations and evaluations

Preparation of meetings, trade fairs and company appearances

Participation in projects and internal process organization

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in the office or assistance sector

Very good written and spoken English

Strong communication skills, organizational talent and self-confident appearance

Structured, solution-oriented and discreet way of working

Confident handling of MS Office and modern communication tools
