Forest Slide Park-Golm

With almost 400 meters of slides, Tschagguns at Golm / Austria is home to the largest forest slide park ever built by atlantics. Those responsible at the local tourist board want to make the skiing and hiking area more attractive in the summer months too. The success proves them right. The forest slide park on the Golm has been offering visitors to the region another special attraction. The idea is to combine hiking and sliding. Visitors can hike from the mountain station back to the valley station via an existing hiking trail and enjoy a special sliding experience on the seven stainless steel slides. The slides, which are between 25 and 65 meters long, offer adventure, variety and diversity in equal measure and make the hiking trip something very special.

The slides were built by atlantics in strict compliance with nature conservation regulations. In addition, all the slides were coated in a special colour that blends in well with the surroundings. The start and run-out areas of the slides were also covered so that the forest slide park can be used even in bad weather.
